The stunning views from the pool area offered an unbeatable sunset experience, truly a highlight of the stay. Each morning started with a delicious breakfast featuring fresh local specialties, including delightful homemade jams that made it even more special. The room was well-kept and comfortable, but occasionally, access to the pool felt limited given the number of sunbeds available, which could have enhanced the experience. Wi-Fi connectivity could also use improvement for a better overall stay.

absolutely disappointed with this hotel. I was told the pool area was "fun" but it sure felt cramped with only 6 sun beds, and I could smell sewage in the bathroom. I almost gave a good review but no one offered me a complimentary upgrade for all these inconveniences.

We loved our stay with the family at this hotel! The views from our superior room were breathtaking, and we especially enjoyed the lovely breakfasts featuring unique local dishes. The staff were so accommodating, even helping us with baby needs, and the short walk to Fira was convenient.
In my wife’s opinion, better pool facilities would be helpful for families.

The views from my room and the pool deck were absolutely breathtaking, offering the best vantage point to watch the sunset over the Caldera. Each morning's breakfast featured a delightful surprise treat that added a personal touch to our stay. The cocktail bar at the pool served the best drinks we've ever had, thanks to the charming bartender George.
